The agreement, in plain terms.

These Terms & Conditions are a binding agreement between you and Built by Paske(“we,” “us,” or “our”). If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

Built by Paske builds websites, booking flows, automations, and review and follow-up systems for local service businesses. The specific scope, deliverables, and price for any engagement are set out in the quote or proposal we provide and accept with you, which forms part of this agreement.

• —Fees, deposits, and any recurring charges are described in your quote or proposal.
• —Recurring or subscription fees continue until cancelled in accordance with your agreement.
• —Payments are processed through a third-party payment provider; past-due amounts may pause active work.

To let us do our best work, you agree to:

• —Provide accurate information and the content, access, and approvals we need to deliver the project.
• —Ensure you have the rights to any logos, photos, or copy you give us to use.
• —Use the site and any delivered systems lawfully.

On full payment for an engagement, you own the final website content and brand assets we create specifically for you. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates, code frameworks, and know-how, and may showcase finished work in our portfolio unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Our work often relies on third-party platforms for CRM, scheduling, hosting, payments, and messaging. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions.

By providing your mobile number or opting in through our chat widget or a form, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Built by Paske. These may include appointment confirmations, reminders, follow-ups, account notices, and — where you have opted in — promotional offers and service updates.

• —Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
• —Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can also opt out of marketing emails via the unsubscribe link in any email. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle the information you share — including that no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

The site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we work to deliver results, we do not guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue, rankings, or business outcomes, which depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Built by Paske is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.

Either party may end an engagement as described in your agreement. Fees for work already performed remain payable, and the sections of these terms that should survive termination will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above; continued use of the site or services means you accept the updated terms.
